    Bürgerliches Haus mit Qualitäten
    Das Haus ist baulich nicht neu aber gut gepflegt. Die Lage ist Verkehrstechnisch ausgezeichnet und trotzdem herrscht kein nächtlicher Durchzugsverkehr. Es ist wunderbar ruhig des nächtens.
